1. Agreement

These terms apply to easereset.com and to any organisation or individual using the easeReset product. By submitting the contact form, joining an organisation, or otherwise using easeReset, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an employer, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

2. What easeReset is, today

easeReset is currently offered as a live product demonstration to prospective customers, not a general-availability product with a standing service-level agreement. Where an organisation moves to a paid engagement, separate commercial terms will govern that relationship and will take precedence over this page for that organisation.

3. Eligibility and accounts

easeReset is a workplace product. It is intended for use by working adults on behalf of an employer or prospective employer, not for personal or consumer use. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use easeReset to harass, threaten, or harm another person
• Attempt to bypass the access controls that keep conversations, check-ins, and case data separated by role
• Submit false information through the contact form, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation of the site or product
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the product beyond normal use

5. The safety floor

easeReset’s AI companion is not a crisis service, a medical service, or a substitute for professional care. Where a conversation indicates someone may be in immediate danger, the product is built to surface crisis resources and route to a human — but this does not replace calling local emergency services when someone is at risk. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact emergency services directly.

6. Intellectual property

The easeReset name, logo, and the product itself are the property of easeReset and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that to you. Content you submit — check-in responses, conversation messages, contact-form submissions — remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the product and respond to you.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

As a live demonstration, easeReset is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, easeReset will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or product. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
